Busy Busy Busy!!

We have been so busy lately trying to get everything done before the baby comes that everything else is getting left in the dust!! First things first i guess, the beginning of May we sent Logan off to boot camp in GA. We finally got a letter from his earlier this week and he seems to be enjoying himself! He said that he was so glad the one day to wake up and see that their PT Field had flooded so they had a pretty relaxed day getting ready for the overnight stuff out in the woods. He is missing home and home cooked meals! He is especially missing the cold Mt.Dew! He will be in GA until July 18th, and then he will go to Alabama for AIT training.. From what we hear he should be home sometime in October.
Landon also finally made it hear to stay with us for the summer... Poor guy has been sleeping on the couch for the first little while because the bedroom he would normally use is full of the stuff from the babies room. Last night we finally got him a bed so he was pretty excited to be able to move around at night. He is still looking for a job for the summer, but he is hoping to get on with Jacksons gas station, apparently they will pay for some if not all of your tuition which would help immensely. He is hoping to be able to save up enough money this summer to buy a new car. The one he is driving now is I think on its last leg.
Drew of course is busy as usual, right now he is in the swing of getting school done for the year! They actually graduate tonight and then Drew jumps right into Marine and regular patrol for the summer. I imagine it is going to be a busy year for marine stuff with all of the water that we have right now! He went to MLE (marine academy) the first couple weeks of May over in Boise and was glad to be home! He really enjoys doing it but it is alot of work. As soon as he got home I put him to work working on the babies room. We finally got some paint on the walls over the weekend!!! We are hoping to get everything else done over Memorial weekend so we can be ready for carpet by the first of the month!! Lets keep our fingers crossed~!~
Drew also has quite a few other projects to keep him busy for the summer including building a shed and cutting down the rest of the cedar tree in the backyard.
As for me things are going good, can tell for sure that i am nearing the end of this pregnancy! I am in the middle of my 33rd week! Its hard to believe how fast this pregnancy has gone by, seems like just yesterday that we found out that we were pregnant to begin with!! We are also super excited for this baby to get here so we can finally see him! He is going to be way spoiled!! When Drew was over in Boise my mom, grandma and I went over for the weekend and went shopping. The baby got so so so so many cute clothes!! Besides the baby and him having lots of clothes he is going to be getting lots of cousins this year! Hal (kade & shancy) was born in January, then my cousin Amber is having a baby in July as well as this baby boy! AND... Seth and Hailey are pregnant and due in October!! Carolynne will have 5 grandbabies within 3 years! She couldnt be happier!~! As soon as i get my stupid camera to work i will post some pictures of the lastest things that are going on in our life!! Baby Update

Today we went to the doc for a regular check-up, nothing really exciting happened was able to hear the heartbeat again and it is still going strong!! The doc measured me and told me i was actually measuring 27inches and i am only 25 weeks.. augh. I hope that doesnt mean i am going to get huge! Lol The last few weeks i have been able to feel him move alot. It doesnt seem that it is any particular time during the day that he is more active then any other time but i have sure been enjoying feeling him move. Drew actually was able to feel him move the other night as well!!! We are trying to get his room finished before the end of May so keep your fingers crossed that it actually happens and we are not rushing with only a few weeks left. Things are going good with Logan and Landon. Logan is getting a little nervous about leaving in about 3 weeks for Basic Training. He has been staying busy between work and trying to get his jeep running. He spends alot of time with his buddies and not so much with us!! Lol. Landon is getting pretty excited about finishing this semester. He should be done the middle of May and is planning on moving in with us for the summer. We will see what happens cuz as of right now he doesnt have a bed!!:) He is getting more and more excited to have this baby here, in fact we all are. Drew spent some time on the internet last week making sure that they still made the good metal Tonka Trucks. Logan told Drew a few weeks ago that we couldnt get rid of the Legos and that we had to build the baby a sandbox so he could play with him when he gets bigger. We are getting closer the third trimester of this pregnancy and honestly for the most part I am feeling pretty good! I cant believe that it has gone by so fast already!! I will try to keep this blog updated a little better but no promises!!!

ITS A ____!!

Today was the day, we got to find out what our little of bundle of joy will be!! Everything looked great, we were able to hear the heartbeat again and got to see lots of pictures of him!! The US tech did tell us that right now the baby is breech which isnt a big deal right now. She also told us that the baby is measuring about a week small but again at this stage in the game that is not much to worry about either. Well obviously you can tell that we are having a BOY!We are soooo excited!! We will be 21 weeks on Monday and it seems like it has gone by so fast, it seriously feels like yesterday that we even found out that we were even pregnant!! Cant wait to snuggle this little baby boy!!

17 Weeks!!

Monday we had out 3rd Dr. Appt with Dr. Leavitt, this time he was able to hear the heartbeat with the machine that they have so they didnt need to do an US. They did draw blood to check my thyroid because when they checked at my last appt it was low, hopefully we will hear back on that soon. They scheduled my next US to hopefully be able to find out the sex of the baby!! We are so excited and it has come so fast.. They will do the US on March 3rd!!! CANT WAIT CAN U TELL WE ARE EXCITED!~!~!~!

Baby Update

We had our second appt yesterday! I was pretty excited to be able to hear the heartbeat of your little one, but the doc couldnt find it so they did an ultrasound just to make sure everything was good!! Everything looked awesome with the baby and it is growing like a weed. I would say that i have been pretty lucky as far as the pregnancy has gone,i have only been sick a couple of times and that was usually cuz i forgot to eat... So far I love being pregnant!!

Guess What!!

Thats right We are pregnant!! We are due July 18th!! We are so excited and cant wait to hold are little bundle of joy!!

Neglected

I swear i had all the intentions in the world of updating this stupid thing often, but it never seems to happen. Things are going good for us!
Drew is working harvest right now and working long long hours.. its a good thing he enjoys it and i enjoy the extra cash!! The boys are doing good too! Landon graduated and started College at BSU this semester. He seems to really enjoy class and the entire college experience so far! "He has been on the hunt for a new car, but of course we all know landon and he has to have the perfect car! So needless to say he is still driving the beater until it finally bites the dust. Logan is doing really good as well, he has been working most the year at Cowboy Custom Cabinets and he really really seems to enjoy it! He has been able to have alot of different opportunties to do some things that he may never got to since he has worked there. He was able to go and ride with his boss and be "The bad Guy" on the Trek. He also got to go with his boss and take a bunch of fish on horseback up to Iron Bog lake. He has been looking pretty heavily into joining the National Guard, He has done all of the necessary steps to join he is just waiting to sign the papers.
Drew has been busy as ever, he is now the only SRO in the Snake River School District and is in charge of all the schools, teaching dare and boating safety plus all of the little stuff in between. He comes home exhausted but he wouldnt change it for the world! He goes to work smiling everyday and it cant get any better then that!
I have also been pretty busy, always doing something for someone else and making them smile! In september i had quite a few cakes that i did, most of them turned out ok!Lol! We have been pretty busy trying to make home improvements and get some bills paid down so we can buy some property so we can hopefully build in the future! We would love nothing more then to get out of town!
A couple weeks ago was my In-Laws 45th Wedding Anniversary and we took them and went up to West Yellowstone. CaroLynne hadnt been thru the park in the fall since she was a little girl! We didnt see much of anything except alot of tourists and a few big bulls! No bears this time but none the less it was alot of fun!
I always love this time of year, the colors,the smell,the cool weather and the canning. Canning is alot of work for sure but there is nothing better then going to your pantry in the dead of winter and getting some canned peaches,potatoes or green beans or seeing the finished product when your all done. This year we have been busy busy, the first part of September Darren and Grandma went on vacation to the Phillipines so lucky them they missed the entire canning of the green beans. But she didnt miss out for long because she made it back just in time to the the Apple Sauce, Salsa and Corn. This year we started with Beets, Raspberry Jam, Raspberries, Strawberries, Strawberry jam,Corn,Green Beans,Salsa, Potatoes,Tomatoes,Apple Sauce, Zucchini,Carrots,Squash and froze a ton of peppers.

Well i guess its time to go, have more things to do! Hopefully I can update soon!
